It was a rainy Sunday night and my car battery suddenly died while I was out and about. AAA sent Dema's my way. My battery had to be replaced on the spot, which they were able to assist with, no problem. Service was prompt, professional, kind, and definitely made this situation as pleasant as possible. This man and his father came out to assist me late at night in Morgantown, PA. He was 2 hours away and the agent I called to request assistance failed to tell him I needed 2 batteries for the unit I was attempting to pick up and transport. He was able to acquire another at near closing time for an automotive place and get me on my way! Incredible effort. So very thankful!

Dmitriy didn’t outstanding job on my Subaru Outback late at night. He was kind, courteous, and very helpful. After running tests, he determined my car battery was dead, so he was able to procure a new and drove a great distance to get a new car battery and replace it so that I could safely drive again.
